→ All guests will be required to provide a security deposit of $500 in the form of a hold on a valid credit card.
→ From October through April the pool can be heated to 85 degrees for a startup fee of $75 plus $50/night plus 14.55% Transaction Privilege Tax

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $100.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $100.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

Rates vary by season and day of the week. Discounts for stays of one week or greater.
