Both bathrooms are fresh and fully stocked—one ensuite with a shower and oversized bath and one shared with a shower—providing everything needed for a comfortable stay.

→ Booking is confirmed only after a valid photo ID is submitted and the Rental Agreement is signed within 24 hours of booking
→ All guests will be required to provide a security deposit of $500 in the form of a hold on a valid credit card.
→ From October through April the pool can be heated to 85 degrees for a startup fee of $75 plus $50/night plus 14.55% Transaction Privilege Tax
