→ Booking is confirmed only after a valid photo ID is submitted and the Rental Agreement is signed within 24 hours of booking

→ From October through April the pool can be heated to 85 degrees for a startup fee of $75 plus $50/night plus 14.55% Transaction Privilege Tax
