Experience the ultimate four seasons retreat at Casa Serenidad Oro Valley. Our property is a beautiful and spacious single-story home with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, located in Oro Valley, at the base of the Santa Catalina Mountains in southern Arizona. Situated in a serene and private neighborhood adjacent to natural desert open space, our vacation rental offers peace and quiet, yet remains within reach of shopping, dining, and recreational activities.

Our well-furnished and equipped home provides something for everyone:

• Romantic weekend getaways with complete privacy and the option to dine in or enjoy nearby restaurants.
• Family vacations with a sparkling pool and flexible bed arrangements, as well as nearby activities for all ages.
• Work trips with a dedicated workspace and high-speed internet.

We are conveniently located near some fantastic outdoor recreational opportunities for every member of your group:

• Hiking in Catalina State Park and other nearby trails
• A variety of golf courses
• "The Loop" - a multi-use trail for walking and biking, as well as more walking trails right in the neighborhood. You can rent bikes at the nearby Pedego Bike store.
• Parks and water parks

There are hundreds of other attractions – both indoors and outdoors – throughout Southern Arizona.

But even with all those great options, we find that many of our guests rarely leave the property because it is such a great place to relax, unwind and soak up the Arizona sunshine.

The backyard is truly a year-round oasis, featuring a private heated pool (from October through April the pool can be heated to 85 degrees for a startup fee of $50 plus $30/night plus applicable taxes), plenty of outdoor seating, lush landscaping, turf areas and a fire pit table.

Inside, Casa Serenidad is equally impressive. The home is thoughtfully furnished and decorated to provide a comfortable and relaxing environment for guests. There are plenty of indoor spaces to spread out and relax, including a great room, a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms and two bathrooms.

The great room is equipped with comfortable seating for six, including a recliner and reclining couch and love seat and a 55 inch smart TV. For those cool nights there is a gas fireplace to help keep the house comfortable and provide some ambiance. If you need to work, or just want a place to use your laptop or tablet, there is a dedicated workspace. And reliable high-speed internet is available throughout the house.

With the four-burner propane BBQ grill and a fully equipped kitchen, you can easily prepare all your own meals. We’ve even provided some oils and spices for your convenience. But if you’re on vacation and don’t want to cook, you’ll find a wide variety of restaurants nearby.

Each bedroom is equipped with high-quality bedding and comfortable mattresses to ensure a good night's sleep. The primary suite is especially luxurious, with a king-sized bed, an ensuite spa-quality bathroom with a shower and bathtub, and direct access to the backyard.

We guarantee that every guest will receive great communication and assistance before, during, and after their stay. As Tucson natives, we are passionate about sharing our love of the area with guests and are happy to provide recommendations on local attractions and activities to make your stay unforgettable.

Finally, it's worth noting that Casa Serenidad is managed with great attention to detail. The owners take pride in providing exceptionally clean and well-maintained accommodations, and they are committed to ensuring that every guest has a great experience.

NOTE: Booking is not considered final until guests provide a government issued photo ID and sign the Rental Agreement within 24 hours of booking. By booking this property the guest agrees to provide the owner with guest's contact information to facilitate the completion of those requirements. All cancellations are subject to an administrative fee of $100 to cover the cost of credit card fees and other costs incurred by the owners.
